Why buy Vintage rather than new?
Vintage and antique rings are more sustainable, more affordable (and in our opinion, more beautiful!) they also all have a story and a history. I love the idea that I am wearing something that has been worn through many different eras.
Does my ring come in a box?
Your ring will come beautifully packaged, in a blue velvet ring box with a ribbon, inside a plain blue mailer box with our logo on the inside. Therefore, it looks discreet from the outside to keep surprises!
My ring isn't quite right. Can I return it?
Yes. We want you to love your ring! You have up to 14 days from receiving your ring to return it back to us. Please email us at info@indigoroserings.Co.uk for a return address. Please note, if you have had the ring resized, either by us or independently, unfortunately it cannot be returned.
How do I know the ring is good quality?
All of our rings are solid gold-18, 14 or 9 carat. Each piece has been valued and checked by an independent jeweller, to ensure that they are all in good antique or vintage condition, commensurate with age. Jewellery is delicate, and it is a good idea to have your ring insured in case any future maintenance is required.
The piece I had my eye on has sold. Do you have another one?
All our pieces are unique, which is what is so special about buying vintage. This means that once a piece has sold, we will not have another one exactly the same. But do keep an eye on our latest drops as we will be adding new beautiful jewels all the time!
Can you resize my ring for me?
Most of our rings can be resized. Any good jeweller should be able to resize your ring for you. However, if you would prefer us to resize your ring, please allow up to 3 weeks. You can return your ring after purchase for resizing, and we can send you a finger sizing tool for you to establish your size if your ring doesn’t fit. Resizing varies in cost according to whether sized up or down, but will be approximately £50. Please contact us to enquire. Once resized, rings cannot be returned.
How do I know my ring size?
We can send you a ring sizing kit for £3 which is available on our online shop. If you then buy a ring from us, that will be taken off the price of the ring. Alternatively, if you take a ring that fits you into any local jeweller, they should be able to tell you what size it is.
Can you reserve an item for me?
We are happy to hold a piece for you for up to 7 days before payment. Please reach out to us to arrange this.
How will my ring be delivered?
Items will be delivered free using Royal Mail. In most instances, this will be next day delivery. Unfortunately, we can only deliver within the UK.
